According to report by Vanguard on Saturday, July 4, 2026, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, has dismissed reports circulating on social media claiming that he bestowed a traditional chieftaincy title on Nollywood actor and comedian James Olanrewaju, popularly known as Baba Ijesha.
