According to a report by Middle East Monitor on Sunday July 19, 2026, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy has claimed that four vessels allegedly supported by the United States attempted to pass through the Strait of Hormuz using an unauthorized route, leading to warnings and disruptions in their movement.
