In a candid moment during her Arise TV interview, activist-turned-politician Aisha Yesufu opened up about the trade-offs she has had to make since stepping into partisan politics.

Yesufu admitted that joining a political party has forced her to rein in some of the boldness that defined her activist years. She recalled how her stance on the presidential anthem became one of the earliest signs of that shift.

“When the Tinubu’s anthem came out, I refused to stand for it,” she said. “I only started standing when I joined the party because now I joined the party I have to follow the rules and regulations of the party.”

She went on to explain that holding or seeking political office demands a level of discipline and compromise that most activists deliberately steer clear of, a reality, she acknowledged, that she is now navigating firsthand.

Favor As Higher Power?

(The hidden truth)

Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
