The Nigeria Police Force has officially paraded Assistant Superintendent of Police Nuhu Usman alongside four other officers in connection with the tragic killing of twenty-eight-year-old Mene Ogidi.

The controversial package, which was reportedly intercepted by the police patrol team, was alleged to contain a Beretta pistol and several rounds of live ammunition.
Eyewitness accounts and the widely circulated video footage clearly revealed that the victim was firmly restrained and completely unarmed when he was fatally shot at close range.
Despite actively pleading for his life and offering to lead the law enforcement officers to the individual who requested the errand, ASP Nuhu Usman proceeded to discharge his weapon.

Police authorities officially confirmed that the primary suspect, who is reportedly a former operative of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad, acted entirely outside the bounds of constitutional law.
