The Nigeria Police Force has officially paraded Assistant Superintendent of Police Nuhu Usman alongside four other officers in connection with the tragic killing of twenty-eight-year-old Mene Ogidi.

The highly anticipated police parade follows a massive public outcry sparked by a viral video documenting the extrajudicial execution of the young man in Effurun, Delta State.

According to preliminary investigative reports, the deceased was brutally murdered on the twenty-sixth of April after allegedly picking up a waybill package at a local motor park.

The controversial package, which was reportedly intercepted by the police patrol team, was alleged to contain a Beretta pistol and several rounds of live ammunition.

Eyewitness accounts and the widely circulated video footage clearly revealed that the victim was firmly restrained and completely unarmed when he was fatally shot at close range.

Despite actively pleading for his life and offering to lead the law enforcement officers to the individual who requested the errand, ASP Nuhu Usman proceeded to discharge his weapon.

Human rights activists and outraged local residents immediately condemned the horrific incident, demanding swift and transparent accountability for the gross violation of standard police operating procedures.

Police authorities officially confirmed that the primary suspect, who is reportedly a former operative of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad, acted entirely outside the bounds of constitutional law.

The Force Headquarters in Abuja subsequently intervened in the rapidly escalating situation, ensuring that the erring officers were immediately detained and subjected to internal disciplinary measures.

Security officials have confidently assured the grieving family and the general public that the paraded officers will undoubtedly face criminal prosecution for the crime of murder.

(The hidden truth)

Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor.
