One of the chieftains of the Peoples Redemption Party, PRP, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed has stated that the former governor of Kano state, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso always walks in front of the former governor of Anambra state, Peter Obi.
This statement was contained in a video that was posted on the official X handle of VANGUARD on Wednesday, June 3, 2026.
In the video that surfaced online, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed stated that when he was Peter Obi’s running mate, he didn’t walk in front of him. He said he’s always beside him or at his back.
He however stated that he has tremendous respect for Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.
Here is what Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed said;
“Kwankwaso walks in front of Peter Obi. You don’t do that. We have pictures and videos but I will never do that”.
