According to a report from Channels Tv on Friday, July 10, 2026, Legal counsel to the Kabir Turaki-led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party, Anthony Ehilebo, has accused INEC of disregarding binding judicial directives.
He claims the commission acted on a letter that lacked the signature of Ambassador Umar Iliya Damagum, the party’s recognised Acting National Chairman.
He said, “INEC Violated Specific Court Orders By Receiving Non-Damagum-Signed Letter.”Favor And Life Battles? (Silent spiritual powers of favor). Favor gives you upper hand quietly, in your life battles, business, career, any occupation, power for desired position in life, upliftment in undertakings, patronage/contract, promise and fail, payment delays, love matters, marriage choice, seized/disputed properties, etc. Overcome delays, rejection, betrayal and achieve heart desires in time. Ehilebo’s remarks stem from a petition filed by his law firm, Ogbeide Associates, centred on a controversial letter dated November 3, 2025, addressed to the electoral commission.
The letter allegedly falsely claimed the party’s National Working Committee had suspended Damagum and installed Abdulrahman Mohammed in his place, despite no resolution, minutes, or attendance record existing to support such claims.
According to the petition, records from the party’s 608th Emergency NWC meeting held on November 1, 2025, instead resolved to suspend Senator Samuel Anyanwu and three other officers over alleged anti-party activities, with attendance data showing Anyanwu absent while Mohammed was present.
Ogbeide Associates referenced a Federal High Court judgment from October 10, 2024, recognising Damagum’s chairmanship and explicitly restraining INEC from acting on documents lacking his signature.
The firm said the ruling was forwarded to the commission for compliance as far back as November 2024.
The petition further noted that the Court of Appeal, in a March 9, 2026 judgment, affirmed Anyanwu’s suspension, reinforcing arguments that INEC knowingly disregarded binding judicial directives.
Beyond demanding investigation into Anyanwu and Mohammed, the firm has petitioned the Inspector-General of Police to examine how INEC processed the disputed letter.See more
Favor As Higher Power?
(The hidden truth)
Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
