In an interview on with Chude, Adigun Michael revealed that his younger brother, Saheed Adigun, was killed while attempting to rescue victims kidnapped by terrorists from three schools in Oriire Local Government Area, Oyo State.
Adigun Michael said he lost his younger brother, Saheed Adigun, during the rescue operation. Saheed had gone into the forest with hunters and security personnel to free the kidnapped victims. While preparing to carry out the rescue, the kidnappers detonated a bomb, killing him on the scene.
Michael stated that the kidnappers had bombs and weapons, and Saheed’s body has not yet been recovered and remains in the forest.
In Michael’s words: “I lost my junior brother there. He went there with the hunters and the security men, but on the scene, they bombed him. He was among the rescuers, on getting there as they were preparing to rescue the people, the kidnappers bombed him and he died. The kidnappers have bombs there and weapons. His name is Saheed Adigun, we have not brought his body out of the forest. His corpse is still at the forest”
