“Why I’m yet to dump Kwankwasiyya’s red cap” – Kano Gov Yusuf

The governor of Kano State, Abba Yusuf has explained why he is yet to dump the popular Kwankwasiyya Movement red camp despite his defection to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Yusuf said he would continue to wear the iconic red cap known to be worn mostly by members of the Kwankwasiyya Movement – a group of supporters loyal to the ideology of the former Kano governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso.

He made this disclosure in Adamawa, where he was seen wearing a dark blue cap with the infinity insignia of President Bola Tinubu.

When asked by some of his supporters if he would be dropping the red cap, he mentioned that he would continue to wear it.

The governor’s explanation comes weeks after he dumped the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) which is being led by Kwankwaso for the APC.

Also responding to the inquiry by the governor’s supporters on the cap, his media aide Sanusi Tofa said, “it is not yet time to do so“.

Tofa in a post on his Facebook page said the governor is yet to get the needed directive on dropping the Kwankwasiyya cap.

“There has been no directive to remove the red cap yet. This was a special outing in Yola, Adamawa State, where dignitaries dressed in uniform.

“Let’s be patient; everything has its time,” Tofa wrote in Hausa.

Favor As Higher Power?

(The hidden truth)

Some positions in life cannot be held or retained for long if you are not favored. Favor is higher power. You are not the only one desiring, deserving, connected, powerful or qualified. Some positions in life, opportunities, success, achievements, triumphs, selection, approvals, power and position, elevation, patronage, etc, are mainly through favor. Favor is silent, spiritual and higher power. For spiritual guidance, other solutions, call/Whatsapp Dr J.A. Faros on 07030514063. With God, all are possible.
