The ongoing legal struggle between Senator David Mark and Nafiu Bala Gombe over the ADC’s leadership will once again be before the Supreme Court, according to Oba Maduabuchi, a Senior Advocate of Nigeria.

I can guarantee you that the issue involving David Mark will return to the Supreme Court, Maduabuchi told Arise TV in an interview. Who will lead the ADC when Ralph Nwosu steps down? What occurs prior to Justice Joyce Abdulmalik? The guy from Gombe claims that he is due to take over, but the other party claims that they have been chosen as the legitimate leaders because they met with the NWC and resigned.

The issue of national leadership, according to Maduabuchi, is just one facet of the problem; the removal and exclusion of state chairmen from the ADC convention is another, but equally important, case.
