According to a video on Fox News, on Sunday May 31, 2026, President Donald Trump made a sobering claim during a White House interview, asserting that American military intervention against Iran, specifically a B-2 bomber strike carried out roughly nine months earlier, was directly responsible for preventing what he suggested could have been the destruction of Israel and the destabilization of the entire Middle East.
